iCapital is a leading boutique Irish financial services firm, providing corporate finance advisory, funds management and advisory services to a domestic and international client base. We operate a private client advisory service which provides the funds to our iCap Leaders Fund which was created in 2011 with €20M under management.

Set up by Jon Griffin in 2008, iCapital has grown organically by our ability to start at zero with our clients and build on the deliveries of success. Collectively we have over 47 years of advisory knlwoedge with some of the world's global businesses. Our backgrounds stem from , Microsoft, 3Com, Parallel Graphics, Mining, CFS Debt Management, Unisys, NatWest/RBS, First Active, Abbey National, Citco. We also offer C level engagement in a number of client investments, from operational and non exec director level resources to strategy development, financial planning, operational enhancement and stakeholder exit optimisation
